Scott catalogue valuation for mint Fiji stamps are for hinged stamps up to 1941. However no guidance on for the valuation of non-hinged stamps is provided. For guidance I checked valuations for stamps from Canada and Great Britain. Pre 1920 Mint-NH Canadian stamps typically sell for a premium of 100% to over 200% above hinged specimens while similar stamps from Great Britain sell for a premium of 50% to 100%. When you consider how many more stamps were produced for Great Britain than for Canada the higher valuation is understandable. When you compare the number of stamps produced for Fiji vs. Canada one could justify even higher premiums than Canada.
