    Description

    This vintage pocket cigarette lighter advertises Sears DieHard batteries. The brand dates back to 1967. Originally, DieHard batteries were guarenteed for the life of the ownership of the vehicle. In 2019, Advance Auto Parts bought the brand for 200 million dollars. The manufacturer of this lighter is unidentified.  The lighter was produced  in Japan. This lighter is in very good condition (see photos).The lighter's movement appears to function as designed. Needs a good cleaning inside. If you plan to use this lighter; install a new wick, new flint, and add fuel. This lighter is sold as a collectible and no warranty is expressed as to it's working order. The lighter is untested, except for it's movement.
