Vintage Brass Lighter - Signed

Description

This is a vintage lighter from the 1960s signed "Casablanca Brass". It is 3 1/4" tall and 1/2" wide. It appears that all the parts are intact, but I have no idea if it works, the wheel does not spin well, but perhaps it needs flint. Sold as is, please inspect all the pictures and ask any questions prior to bidding.
