I am calling this used, though I don't know if it actually was. It does have some scratches/scuffing. The wick is new, and there is no flint loaded. It comes in an unmarked box, which I believe to be original.
NOTE: In searching ebay, I could not find this style of Omscolite Super Lighter in any listing. They ALL had the other style top (with the push-bar rather than the wheel).
