Vintage Win 8700 Battery Electric Lighter With Original Box and instructions ~ NICE!! Lighter, box, insert and instructions all appear to be in excellent shape. Stored in my aunt’s attic for 40+ years and note engraving on both sides. Lighter doesn’t light and I assume battery and/or butane needs replaced (sorry not a lighter expert).
